Hi All
I want to buy a starter set of Bowens studio lights.
Can you tell me what is the difference between 400's and 500's. Would I see a difference in pic quality?
Price difference is massive and I wonder are 400's more than enough for studio ports and full length people shots?

| How big is your studio space? Even 400 may be too much in a small place. As for picture quality it's goin to be down to how you use the lights rather than which lights you get. |

Ya, sorry, I've been over in rant and forgot to act like a human being.
It isn't really what you asked for, but there is an old thread comparing 300w/600w that might be helpful.
My favorite strobe users on the site are H2 and LVicari check out their setups and output for their styles. They are both pretty helpful guys, you could shoot them a PM.
