Since many of us are planning on participating in Scott Kelby's Worldwide Photo Walk this upcoming weekend, how about our own DPC challenge for shots from the photowalk?

I was bummed, I had to cancel out on the one I was going to. I have to shoot a baby shower at the same time as the walk.

Hopefully you're getting paid for it!

I like the idea of a side challenge, Steve. I completely forgot about it, but I do plan on participating, so thanks for the reminder!

Good, idea, Deb. If this idea does not catch Langdon's eye, we might as well post a side challenge!

Anyone going to join the worldwide photo walk here in Amsterdam? I plan on going. Love to meet some Dutch DPC's!

Good luck to those doing this today. There's some great prizes to be had.

And Deb, nope, no pay. It's my daughter's best friend who is kind of like an adopted daughter to me. She's been calling me Mom since they were in 7th grade. Her mother will cover the cost of a book & prints though.

Well, that's pretty cool then, Kelli. Enjoy the party and get some great shots! :-)

Turns out I missed mine! Ended up on a photowalk with tanguera but we never did see the "group". Did have a security guard ask us "did you ever find your group?" Now how did he know?? Anyway, got a tip from him about a "hidden" Japanese garden - very lovely place. Had a wedding reception going on there. Johanna shot the wedding party surreptiously... :-)

seems the photowalk here never really took off (it was China National Day yesterday so a public holiday and nobody seemed to want to go).

I went on the walk in Chester, UK, there were about 15 of us, we were lucky to have some great weather and it was nice to meet with other random togs that I'd mostly never met before. Would certainly recommend it to anyone for next year!
