  Sticks and snails and puppy dog tails. Thanks for the comments everyone. This is pretty much the colour of the dead Hydrangea, there is colour modification but only in tone. No desaturation, no grayscale.

I have had visitors from out of town for the last couple of days so I have fallen behind on commenting. I will try to get at least a few in soon as I know that is part of the fun of a SC. |

Day 5:
Will have to catch up on commenting after getting more work out of the way. And after Thursday I might even be able to get out and take some new pictures! |

I'm going to have to play catch up. I spent the first five days of September camping at very high altitude lake, far away from internet access. The lake is blanketed in snow for the majority of the year so you need to be a pretty hardy flower to survive there. I only managed to find four types of flowers while camping there, so I added one cheater entry, please forgive me :)
    
Now I need to catch up on commenting!

 This group of flowers looks so much like a Mum, Dad and child. The "parents" even have 'arms and hands'.
