Looks like a great offer though the examples I can see look like it just adds an inch of foundation to the faces and I find I prefer the "Before" images with freckles etc. I assume the examples are not showing off the true merits of this software.

You can download a trial to see if you like it. You can edit them a little or a lot. Give it a try to see if you wish to purchase.

They are over exaggerating the effects to illustrate what can be done to the extreme. The default adjustments are really much more subtle. You can process for as realistic or as plastic as you prefer.

Hey, has anyone from this thread ever received a message or anything indicating that the code you gave out here was in fact used and that you now qualify for the future upgrade?

I'm just wondering since PP keeps sending me emails about v11 coming out soon and I don't have anything from them saying I'll be upgraded for free.

I turned those emails off. They send them out a couple times a week. I don't know about an upgrade.

Got a quick reply to a support ticket (gave it low priority too) I created asking them about the referral codes...
Here\'s their response in summary:

1- Go to: www portraitprofessional com/licenses/

2- Enter your token code in the top box, or if you don\'t know it, your email in the bottom one...

3- Then click on your referral code that will be displayed along with your license info, and it will show you a page listing how many people have used your code.

I checked and mine indeed showed the one time from having posted it here. Not that I doubted it being used, just was wondering if THEY knew about it. :-)

HTH!

I successfully used the last given code from Chandi and the following code can be used by someone else for a discount:
DSSO-WNIZ-LNQL-JTVT

I'm not sure how often I will use this (got the version that works as a plug-in) but at the price it seemed like it could be handy at some point.

I bought this a while back and have to say it's the least used program I own. It just goes over board no matter what I do. Wish I had never spent the money on it.

I think the comment that "it makes everybody look like a porn star" pretty much dead on, however, that's what people see and how they want themselves to look. Most people don't want a realistic view of themselves with pores and zits, they want to see a stylized representation of themselves with smooth "perfect" skin.
