So?

If I don't read it and it comes back to bite me or I decide I don't like it, I just suck it up and deal with it. I don't create an online discussion whining about how unfair/ridiculous/shitty it is.

I would agree with this comment wholeheartedly if this were a brand new member, but surely given his tenure on this site he has had the opportunity to familiarize himself with the TOU by now.

The old adage "Ignorance of the law is no excuse" seems fitting in this instance and all of this moaning and groaning is little more than "pissing in the wind"...that warm and fuzzy feeling does come at a cost.

Not to mention that you're more likely to read the fine print when it's your property you're trying to protect.

You know smardaz, it's when people who are reasonable and open minded leave, or stop sharing, this place becomes less and less a site where I feel like reading the forums or commenting.

perumahan can just say, i haven\'t seen anyone post in a thread here saying that their image that they had to use for validation has been used in a wrong way.

my god...

why would you want a photo that you are proud of to get dq\'ed? seems silly to me.
