Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a new camera bag, and I like the look of the crumpler bags //www.crumpler.com but I wanted to know if anyone has experience with the 8 million dollar home bag? I need to fit a 7D w/ battery grip and Canon 28-300L lens attached, Canon 70-200L, Canon 24-70L, iPad, and various other things in the bag comfortably.

| I have a crumpler but not that one. I've heard the million dollar homes bags are very good though. |

| I have a smaller crumpler bag for when i take the camera with just one lens, they are of comparable quality to all the other good camera bag makers, very trendy also IMO. |

| I have the 7 million and it wouldn't hold all of that - at all. Personally don't love my bag. I had a D300 - 24-70 mounted - 70-300 in the bag and that is it. My son put it on top of my suitcase and it rolled off the bag onto the ground (probably a 2.5 foot drop) and lens broke off and apart - 70-300 got a loose screw - top lcd of camera cracked. I was surprised at how much damage was incurred. $600 later everything is back to the way it was. UGH!!! |

| Hmm don't know how comfortable I'd feel, toting around anything as fragile as a camera in a brand-named bag called Crumpler...a big ol Lowepro knapsack is entrusted with my gear. |

I LOVE my 7 million dollar and it can hold a LOT of cra... er... valuable necessary stuff :-) Not sure about those lenses but I can fit in 5-6 lenses with a gripped 7D and a flash and couple of triggers and what not.... but it ain't light with it all in there.
More critical to you... The 70-200f4 will NOT fit while attached to the body with my 1 inch hood... never tried without the hood but I would guess not or real real tight if it did. I assume the 28-300 is quite a bit longer. |

| I've got a couple crumplers and will attest to their quality, though I've never seen that model. |

| FWIW I've got the 6 million. Very sturdy and is water and stain resistant. Lacks outside pockets - annoying. Could be more comfortable on the shoulder. Never had any damage despite clumsiness and rough handling. |

| I have a smaller Crumpler and use it around the town and when traveling. It does not look like a camera bag and that's a big plus. Inside it is nicely padded, has useful pockets, and I never had any problems with it. I also have a very comfortable matching camera strap. Both highly recommended. For dragging around more gear and flying I prefer a Kata backpack (see //www.kata-bags.com/) with an attachable front bag I can use while cycle touring. |
