I've requested critiques for four different images, and none of them have gotten anything. I know you guys are really backed up and overwhelmed right now, but four seems like a lot to have missed, so I'm wondering if maybe I'm doing something wrong. I checked the box when I submitted the image for the challenge.. Is that enough, or did I miss a step? Just wondering :)

almost everyone ask for a critque... that ends up being A LOT of pics! Rest assure you are not doing anything wrong. Just that not eveyone that requests a critque actually gets one!
Be patient & check your pics. You will get one. You could also post your pic in a threas & ask others to give it a whirl!

You could also join the CC and help clear up the backlog. Check the link under the "Community" menu ... |

cant you have like a limit on critque per 10 entries or so for uesers and say per 5 entries for members.
that should shorten the list
ie. after you sumbit 10 photos you can have one critiqe on one of them
5 for members....
5 and 10 are just out of the blue

What is the Critique Club?
Just a bunch of volunteers trying to learn more about photography and composition by critiquing others images. Try it. |

No longer in the CC but I did leave a detailed critique on your Purple entry for you just now. Don't take my words as anything other than one personal opinion (which is also what all CC comments are too) but perhaps it will be of interest.
