Wow. You are right. The same thing happened to me. Average went down but the number of votes did not change. Someone is messing with us. According to my calculations someone lowered one of your votes by 4. The lowered one of mine by a different amount. Assuming they lowered a few scores by different amounts they can identify which image is yours.

I was looking for information on the free study, can someone tell me what it is and what are the rules. Is there a certain time frame the picture has to be taken in?

members can enter the free study. It can be taken anytime during that month. Advanced editing. It can be any subject matter.

I recall duplicate color ribbons being awarded. There may be a tie breaker, such as, the earlier submission breaks the tie. It has happened out to 4 decimal places. I think the score can be calculated out to more decimal places. But, all of the hair splitting seems contrived... hence the better solution of dup ribbons.

I think she was sticking her tongue out at me because I was in a tie.

It was in the sphere competition. And when you calculate it out to it's exact decimal place -- it was an exact tie. (yes, they do calculate it all the way out.) :)
