I'm using my iPad mostly for reading, checking e-mail, web surfing when I'm not around my desk computer, and some games.

I love the Kindle app and am doing most of my "light" reading this way. For reference work, I still like an old-fashioned paper book that I can use my fingers to mark the place.

I'm frustrated with using it for pictures. I do my photo work on one computer, and everything else on another, and the iPad goes crazy trying to keep itself synced. I'm sure there's something I haven't figured out, so chalk that up to operator error.

In retrospect, I really wish I had gotten the 3G version, but that was out of my price range.

I'm really surprised at how much I like reading e-books not that I'm used to them. If Kindles go under $100.00 I will probably get one, too.
