I've haven't had time to photograph for fun at all for the past few years, but after seeing
Night Photography: How To Paint With Light I realize I can photograph at night. |

Well, I can see where this takes more practice. You really are in charge of where the light goes. I'll have to become a member to post an image, or I'll create a blog about it. |

Oh wow, what a thoroughly inspirational video!
Now if only I could find somewhere dark (and interesting) here in the city. |

Great video. I tried a bit of this last time I was in the SW but knew little of what I was doing. Next time down I plan on doing a lot more. |

I admire the work of Troy Paiva and his Lost America site. He also shoots ghost towns, but I enjoy the aircraft boneyards and car junk yards. |

A slightly sillier though entirely enjoyable use of light painting.
