Please be advised the results of the "Extraordinary" challenge have been recalculated due to a disqualification. The image previously in 1st place was disqualified due to a date issue.
Congratulations to crabappl3, i_sky and shoyles on their new ribbon placements!

Sux for the original 1st place photo but Right On Crabby! I thought it should have won in the first place.

yeah, well it wasn't even my camera that i used. apparently the camera's date was one day off, and as such, the exif date recorded for the image was Six hours short of the 23rd. How unfortunate. Well, congratulations to the new winner.
hannafate, if you really want a print, i'll sell you one happily. |

Nick, since that was your first challenge entry, I have no doubt that you are going to be gathering some more blue ribbons once you get that date corrected. Too bad about the DQ, but it was a great shot and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

thanks. i'm working to save a bit more money right now for the 10D, and i imagine i will have no problems with the date on that. unfortunately point and shoot kodak's are prone to many problems. such is life. |

intarso, sorry about your lost ribbon,and more importantly the lost comments, as the ribbon I imagine you will replace soon enough.
Congrats to the new ribbon winners.
ClubJuggle: thanks for the announcements, and particularly for being more informative about why the images are being disqualified -- knowing the specific violation is much better than just knowing they have been DQed.

Congratulations to shoyles and jmritz on their new ribbon placements!

(At 11, I had made a personal best, but it's nice to be on the first page for a change!)
