Hi,
I am submitting one of these images to a local club exhibition. Not sure which cropping looks better.
If you have some time please give some feedbacks.

thanks in advance

I'm more partial to the one with a bit more space at the top. It causes my eye to move down the frame, whereas the closer cropped one has my eye landing on the flower and just sitting there.

I agree with Steve. The wider crop feels to me like it's showing more of a story (even though it's just black background), instead of just a flower.

Agree with yo_spiff and giantmike

I'd like to see a crop in between the two... Not as tight as the first, not as wide as the second. An average of sorts.

I'd say leave the bottom of the image as it is in number 2 and the top like number 1.

And add a little bit more black area at left, for the flower to breathe into.

ditto. I usually love negative space, but adding the black to the top doesn't add much, imo, because it makes the green more distracting. I find my eye wandering to the black, the green and the flower. Yet the green and the black aren't that interesting. With the tighter crop, you stay on the flower and aren't drawn to the green, as much. However, I do like the bottom crop of #2 better.

I'm for a crop inbetween the two, the bottom one is way too tight, and the top one has too much black.

I agree with whoever said, somewhere in between. Crop the second one a little bit. Then it will be perfect. :)
