After having looked at every single photograph in Laurie Bartley’s portfolio I was left speechless. I am constantly surfing the web looking for new fashion photographers, or at least new to me, looking for inspiration. Laurie is able to take a natural looking scene, for instance like the featured photograph above taken place at a grocery store, and make it look so much cooler then what it is.

There is a cinematic quality to the photographs that feels like each photo is a still from a movie. Bartley has the ability to light a scene so naturally that the ambience is not lost but the subject still pops out of the scene. Brilliant work. Check out: //www.lauriebartley.com/
