So you're saying Obama is not (a) the president?

Really now, at least Simon Cowell was really good at cracking off good, intelligent one-liners... I mean, , , this is a forum, you really can stop and think for a second before you post - you should be able to do much better than this.

Some posts are just too inane and stupid to bother with.

Anyway, is 'Pretty Ugly' really an oxymoron? It uses the word 'pretty' in its usage of 'To a fair degree... moderately etc' which, even though it's spelt the same, in practice is actually a different word.

It was used a lot in the previous challenge and one was in the top ten, so it's safe. Voters are not going to be that picky about the title, IMO, as long as it's within reason.

Thats fair enough. I wouldn't make an issue of it during voting. I've just woken up in pedant mode i think.*

E.T.A * And cranky-might have been a bit unnecessarily rude back there so apologies for that.

A sychophant is someone who overly praises someone.
The :) at the end means he was sorta joking.

He's probably suggesting you're sychophanting Obama from your reaction, even though he wasn't intending on submitting that entry.

Edit: I'm trying out a new signature. How do ye like it?
