There's a lot a similarities with the other baby photographer. Whites and skin tones turned to a yellow wash. She brings the blacks way up so that there is never harsh or unflattering shadows. Of course some white and black areas are selectively left untouched like eyes and maybe a white dress. I suspect she occasionally adds a bit of the "Lens Flare" filter on a separate transparent layer to achieve the sun kiss effect. Then I would think that she is using a composite overlay layer to paint light flare type glows around the top of the picture. I guess this is the vogue look now for family/kid photography.
