| Are the photographers the last ones to vote or are the non photographers last? Is there a fairly good mix of both that vote last? I am just curious as to the demograpics of those who are the last voters. |

| I try to vote during the week (a bit at a time), but seem to get most of them in on either Sat. or Sun. |

| I vote on Mon. and Tue. then adjust the votes and add comments thru the rest of the week. |

I try to get everything done by tuesday. Then through out the week I go back and see if I still feel the same about all the images. I'm very passionate and often time vote based on emotion so if I'm feeling like shit a vote will be low, or if I'm really happy my votes will be really high. The rest of the week gives me time to put all the votes into the right place.

I also wanted to add... if you are asking this question because of the sudden raise in scores on sunday night its because of a script that knocks out anyone who votes more than 50% 1's and 2's or doesn't vote on at least 20% of the images.
I believe those are the correct numbers, you'll have to get the exact numbers from Drew.

I am aware some "tuning" is done at the last moment. I was curious as to the way photograpers and non photographers go about voting. I noticed a considerable "gap" between the photographers and non photographers that vote and wondered why this is so.

I don't vote the same way every week.. I think I will be changing to the method of voting first and finishing that up on Monday. Since I try to comment on all the photos each week, I usually adjust some votes as I'm commenting. I like the idea of categorizing the photos by vote. I usually start commenting on my lowest scores and work my way up to my favorite photos throughout the week.
I am not very good at commenting on the photos that I give lower scores. I am trying to get better at it but it's not easy.

I typically sneak a look at the images on Sunday night, then vote towards the end of the week.
