I believe all he was saying is that people as a whole should be putting more thought into there pictures then just entering a snap shot of just anything. The more people that think of there shot and how to shoot it should make less shots to vote thus making better pics to look at, or I hope thats what he's trying to say.

WOW bored..you must think you are the best photographer out there. I looked at your profile and I don't see anything that "catches" my eye either. Everybody likes their own pictures because of what they see for themselves. Same as you. You aren't the best, that's for sure, so I suggest you get off your ego trip.
Cuz God knows that your email to me was incredibly rude and you made yourself look like an ass.

I'm starting to get sick of this place..

going through picture after picture that loosely tie back to a sign or something where you could only do one thing or not do it.. that's not choice.. well it is.. but why do people have to be so damn obvious and unoriginal.. it gets really damn boring..

I'm going to compromise my picture (not like a really care), but I try to work on the concept of choice a bit, and get branded for it.. screw that.. ok the picture isnt the best, but in my short time here, all i see is the same stark blatant and obvious interpretations.. that's not the slightest bit creative.. when it gets down to that.. of course the people with the best cams will get the points for clarity or what not.. Im just sick of seeing unthoughtout snap shots of crap after crap.. ok.. I can understand crap if theres an idea behind it.. but under most cases there is none..

I think he MADE the choice by himself... to not let you take the picture ! :oP Funny!

I had a choice of two pictures, one of a choice we ALL must make, and one technically better but of a choice I am lucky enough to be able to make. I submitted the second, should I have gone with the first?

Couldn't tell ya. In the last challenge, I chose the lucky shot and I'm getting slammed.

Yes, but it was your own choice.

Lesley:

lol..I knew someone was going to "stir it up" on this challenge.
I depicted a choice that I would never have to make personally. But chose the "topic" of the choice based on it's importance.

Am I screwed on this challenge?

Perhaps, but there is still room for them in the challenge. I hear the flower calling to me. It's saying "Submit me! Submit me!" I must choose whether to submit it or not to submit it...

Perhaps Bungie Jumping...you get to the top of the tower and look over the edge, now you must jump as planned or (or=choice) climb back down the ladder to the ground.

I'm looking at this as Human/animal (flowers don't make choices we make them for them) is put in a situation where OR ties two or more logical decisions/choices must be made.

A building is on fire I am trapped on the second floor, I must choose to stay and wait to be rescued or jump facing the possiblity of harm to my body but saving my life.

If you think about it almost everything we do is a choice.

Challenge Details: We all face many choices every day. Take a photo representing a choice that you must make. (emphasis added)

Here we go again... ;o)

Let's just take some neat pictures. That's a choice we can...excuse me...MUST make! :o)
