Here's my outtake. Both would probably score around the same. I'm not a big comment person, I love to vote. Any one want to critic my balloon entry. No comments on it tells me a lot by itself.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say--
Helium balloons, even in the slightest of winds, are a surprisingly difficult subject.. I think this was one of the most difficult challenges I've shot..
So, outtakes? I did a ton, but here's two of the more interesting ones..
These were taken about ~15 feet from these cute little things:
