Seems the site is down at the moment. I'll check again later.

I'm glad folks are keeping this thread alive though. I just developed a roll of Fuji 800 from my Smena 8M. And I'm happy to report I have some keepers! So stay tuned...

So, I found this link in another thread, but thought all you Holga fans may enjoy it.

Ooh, cool. Just reminded me I have two films that need developing.

As I had the film in the camera when we were still doing this, and I've only now finished and developed it, here's a few to round off with:

So here's another Holga, but with an overlay. Playing in the December overlay challenge. Sort of liked the digital versus traditional approach!

So, last day of November and I got my film back! Still not quite got the hang of the scanning, but hey, it's the first roll of film and first time I've scanned anything so, I'm not too too disappointed with the results. Will post a handful. They were quite underexposed, but I guess I'll get the hang of that too. I did brighten them up en route to saving for web.

Agreed! I'm not participating but i'm really enjoying the results. Fantastic photographs people.

Things virtually came to a standstill over the last week or so; I was tempted to just let it peter out. Maybe if we make it a straight FILM side challenge, we'll be able to retain some interest. Thoughts?

It could just kind of merge itself into the current film thread, or just be a continual holga/lomo thread. If there were two film threads that could be slightly redundant.

I just finished a roll, but I'm going to send it out...that'll be about a week. Maybe continue in this thread and let us use "whatever" film and cam? I've been wanting to use my Mamiya C330 for a while now and I have it loaded up with some slide film, also got some 35mm infrared. I'm also digging Karen's ( krnodil) Polaroid experiments, which will be getting very interesting in a week or so.

:) :) :) RKT is lending me some equipment...but I still might need to slightly modify a camera to use it, which could take some time. So an ongoing thread past Nov 30 would be most welcome.

New scans of a few photos from this past summer. Taken with a 35mm pinhole camera I made out of a Cheerios box.
