That's a "scratch" tournament, and and we already *have* those results every week. What was unusual, and fun, about this one, was the very fact that it used handicaps as an equalizer, with the theme being "beat your average by as much as you can". I wouldn't vote for changing that aspect of it myself. We already have plenty of prizes for outright winners in DPC.

I really like that part of it too. Whats amazing still, is even someone like andrewt, who started with a handicap of 81, managed to beat his handicap most weeks. Truly outstanding.

Waiting with bated breath to see if I managed to hold on to 3rd place, which seems unlikely, but you never know....

I am with Jo on this one. This is the first thing to really get me out shooting for challenges in a long time. It really has been a blast and I do appreciate the time and effort you guys put into it!

You're looking at it right. He's waiting on the 9th to finish in case it is worse than any that are there now.

Precisely :)

Hole 9 isn't looking so well for me. I am glad you forgot to post that 9th hole rule. Thought I had a strong Symmetry entry, but you voters seem to disagree. Anyway, I'll be very lucky to keep that lead, especially the way Jo has been smoking us throughout the tournament. We'll know in a few days.

That didn't help. But after cleaning the cache with the option-menu I finally see the round 8 results! Thanks!

I should mention.... I did apply a mulligan to anyone who has not yet had any mulligans, and took away their worst score in the first 8 weeks. Next week I will do the same to anyone with less than 2 missed entries.

You should be able to see the first 8 weeks. Week 9 is in voting so it appears blank.

Just wondering.... Are we really in the last round right now?

Yes.... the Spirit of a Country, and Centered Composition challenges are the final round. I will be updating the Leaderboard shortly to show how everything is after 8 rounds.

Really, I thought this was the last round with symmetry/painted face. It says that is the 9th round of challenges. will have to shoot one more week then?

You are correct... I was tired when typing my last post :D

ah, I thought maybe there was a bonus hole like putt-putt golf, hole in one and you win a free game! :P
