It took a long time, and I finished less that 30 minutes before rollover, but got there by doing some each day
Enjoyed commenting this, interesting to see what people came up with. I also note that the average score given was significantly higher than I normally give, due to the number a really good submissions
Challenge: Motivational Poster III (May. 6th 2009 - May. 12th 2009)

On the PM to Commentors Question
I am happy for anyone to PM me regrading any comment that I have left on your image. however, a few things to take note:
Please clearly identify which image is yours in your PM, or else I will have no idea
I do not change my score given, or the comment left, after receiveing a PM. I might respond back to you with additional thought though via PM.
If the message is abusive (which has happened), I will just delete it.
I might reply to the PM, I might not, however I will read it
I hope, though my comments on this challenge that I have been of some help to you all. Remeber, my comments are just my thoughts, or what I think, and I accept that others will have different opinions etc. It is just an opinion...........

Oops! I didn't check to see if you were member or registered user, and I was heading out the door. Sorry.
Also, if you want to add a comment after the challenge is over, go ahead - some people will read it. Many times I'll check back to see if other people shared the same observations after the challenge has finished. I doubt I'm alone in that. :-) |

Well if someone from the voters left you a comment in form of a question, u can PM him during the voting, it's hardly believable that the voter will try so hard to remember or find your photo after the voting to see your update on the photo details, I know I wouldn't cuz there are so many other important things in life than DPC, and I would certinaly not be interested in things that concerned me only for matter of seconds (when I was leaving a comment to someone "expecting" a feedback) and you cannot comment your photo during voting or edit the details...even if u can...lol I don't see the logic cuz neighter your deatails or comments can't be seen because than everyone will know which photo belongs to whom
but informing the interested person that left u a comment in form of a question through Private Message, won't hurt a bit, it's not like you'll change his opinion in the rating of your photo, if he knows who u are and which photo is yours
and btw sorry for the spelling mistakes, not my native language |

Only members can edit the details of their challenge entries, you will have to make a comment on your photo. |

I too have a PB and I'm delighted with the score and 22 comments, a new best for me too (1000th gem aside). Its been an interesting week. |

It wouldn't be bragging! Isn't that the point of this thread is to show the score? I don't understand, do you not post your mediocre score when you have one? Why wouldn't you show us your killer score?

Score isn't really something to write home about, though not too bad either.
Apparently people don't take the time to look closer or just don't recognize what it is.

Yeah, I am doing better than expected, but still not great. I wasn't even planning to enter anything. My shot was actually from another project I was working on and I was going to delete it, but I kind of liked it. I was messing around with cropping it because it had waaaay too much negative space on top and had an idea for this challenge. It is my second best right now. Hope I didn't jinx it by posting it! |

Its funny, in my first challenge, the ight one, I finished 19th and had 5 comments. I was pretty pleased with my entry into it, whereas I already have 6 comments on this one, all pretty postive and I don't particulary like this entry. |

This thread is awfully quiet compared to the other one. I wonder how many people are sitting on big scores and keeping quiet...
