Um, how about the one who only feels safe entering Free Study challenges because she doesn't have the literal-minded pig-headedness & alligator-thick skin it takes to enter the other challenges? Oh & yes she's also a PP whore. That would make a great team name BTW. The PP Whores.

How do you "turn them on"?
I don't see any option in my preferences.

You can manage your forum preferences with the forum filter. You will find it in your preferences under Forum / Discussion Preferences on the bottom. It is a link encased in a sentence.

#9 Those who, no matter what the challenge is, will try to shoehorn an entry. Then, after the challenge has ended, will go to the Challenge Results Forum and cry that no one understood what their entry meant.

Though I'll admit to getting very excited when my score hovers around 6, I really appreciate comments more. Just wish my work inspired people to do so more often.

I like you work alot. Your port has some really interesting and eclectic subject matter.

Yep...got me down to a tee; total PP whore spending so much time on the processing I don't have the time or strength to enter more challenges!!! Adding also: complete lack of creativity, hence every submission, a Free study one! lol.

Good move.

The images are also inspiring great commentary. Beyond, as well and well worth reading.

Man, you read me like a book. Too bad I'm a cheap detective novel.

I'd like to think I'm a #5, but my port wouldn't indicate that yet. My most interesting stuff is on my HD at the moment...Or in my noggin.

It's true, though. There really is a tangible "mainstream" it seems that I've noticed even in my short time here.

Check out the Side Challenges. Lensbaby has some really inspired work going down.

eta:Some of the best I've seen on the site, in fact.

...altogether in a different zone.

I think I used to be a #1, but now I'm tending to enter 1 a week, unless I happen to have something that fits, or I'm really inspired by multiple topics.

#5 Those who enjoy shaking things up and don't care that they get low votes for it.

I was only halk joking around when I made this post, but it's probably somewhat true.

One thing is for sure, this site has been pretty inspirational for my photogging.

...There are three types of people on DPC
1. The ones who enter every challenge they possibly can, or try to. Sometimes contributing Gems, sometimes not.
2. The ones who pick and choose which challenges they will submit to and try to produce a masterpiece each time. (or they're total PP whores and spend so much time on the processing they don't have the time or strength to enter more challenges.)
3. The rare ones (we all know who they are...Stinkers) that enter a ton of challenges, and every freakin' time score top 10.

Do I have that right?
