Hahaha... nah, the ratings I get do not affect the way I score. I just didn't think there were a lot of really good images in this one.

someone just gave me a 1 because it was at 6.1340 and at 179 votes. I dont think my entry warrants a 1, but then again. Every fool has their foolish taste. At least I am above a 6. So I be happy with that I guess

Just curious.. Isn't fill Flash something different than just hitting your subject with a flash in the dark?

My understanding of filling the flash is to even the light difference between the ligiting on the subject and its surrounding so it doesnt have a harsh difference.

In otherwords, no harsh shadows and even light.

But they (SC) do have the ability to look at our submissions during voting according to

scalvert. Here is an excert from this Thread.

Of course, and wherever possible, we already do that.
