| I had the same thing a couple of times. Turned out to be the cards. |

| I had the same "format" error coming up. But it was only happening on one card - a Lexar 1Gb that I had since I got the camera. Just chucked the card. Haven't seen the error since on any of my other cards. |

| i dunno if anyone here is having this problem too... but, my d70 keeps telling me to format my card. i have two and a week and a half ago one card worked and one did not this week they have switched. i am growing frustrated because i can not afford to be on a shoot where the camera screws up my card. anyone else experiencing a similar problem? i called nikon and they referred me to a camera technician and they said it is the memory card board that is going most likely... |
