I wish I could have kept up with this. Unfortunately, "Life" got in the way. I plan to find some time to review all the good work done here and leave some comments.

I did enter 3 of the few I managed into competition at my local camera club. The good news is that they all made the first cut. The bad news, they were just too ambiguous for at least one judge to find merit. That's all okay. I'm excited by this form of the medium and will try my hand at it again...and again.

Kudos to all of you who managed to stick with it!

Although my contributions and comments here were a little intermittent, I have absolutely loved everyones images and enjoyed this challenge immensely! Nice work everyone! : )

I wanted to post something for the last day too, so went out in the back yard and shot the first thing I saw! : )

I have so enjoyed both the Texture and this Overlay side challenges. I am so sorry for not doing any overlays, but I promice I will learn soon, and I will post some to this thread, even when itt is totally over and finished.....

I am going to come back sometime this weekend, and pick some of my favorite overlays to add to your Hall of Fame.

I want to thank Charlie Joynim for all the suppost she has given me, and for running this thread so successfully.

She is a trooper thats for sure.

I also like to say that whem I get the chance, I will be adding some of my textures to the library of textured overlays, that can be used for Overlays. If there is any that you like of mine, please let me knowm and I will give you permissin.

Thank to each and everyone of you, as you are all wonderful photographers.....

I'll post a photo and an overlay ( or 2 or 3! ) then everyone uses only those things to produce an image.
The only rules are

You can only use the photo and overlays posted but you can do whatever with them in photoshop.

You have to post your editing steps so we can all learn.

I could set a time limit say a week then I would post another photo and overlays. That way its not as time pressured as a 30 day challenege.

So whadda ya think?

I'm bad about remembering all of the steps. This might squealch creativity a bit, but I'm willing to try. I am such a disorganized person that if there are no rules, I do better. ROFL
