So, for example, I have taken a picture, Jpg format, converted it to 16bit in Photoshop. Then, run Photomatix Tone Mapping plugin, and resave as JPG. This is ok for Basic?

In Basic, you can use tone mapping on a single exposure, or a single conversion of a RAW exposure.

I took some decent enough pictures for the landscape challenge. I have 'HDRed' them, just to see what they look like, and they are class. I was wondering, can we use HDR in Basic Editing
