Don't blame Adorama though sorry to hear it was difficult to get a reship.

Heh back when i was 14 my mother was trying to get me a Viewsonic 29GA. a 29 inch computer moniter. The first 7 of them arrive broken before we finally got a good one.

Somethings are better to be picked up then shipped. 3rd party shippers suck, vender shipping is usually a little better.

I have ordered a couple of times from Adorama and have thankfully never had nearly this much trouble. Hopefully this is just an exception, but I'm not too sure. I'll probably either switch to B&H or just swing by my local Calumet store.

Adorama has been a bitch. Nothing has come broken, but half of what I order is backordered, then I tell them to cancel, and they send it anyways. And its not like I can return a roll of film. Well its not worth my time. I have switched to bnh.

Ditto! I just ordered replacement bulbs for my lights, two sets. They all arrived intact. It took me longer to unwrap the packaging and get them out than it did to replace the bulbs and then set up the lights.

I ordered a light box a few weeks ago from Adorama, but it arrived crack and dented, as if it had been dropped during shipping. It took multiple calls to get a refund, but I eventually got my money back and ordered a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the fluorescent tubes were shattered, so I have a box full of broken glass. Now they're shut down the entire week for Passover and can't even address this new problem until next Wednesday.

Anyone else have trouble like this with Adorama? Their prices are better than B&H, but I'm starting to realize why.
