Okay, I showed Tate my rotating zoom lens blur and he thought up the zoom-out blur.

I'm getting all types of goodies tomorrow. New lens, new flash and new ball head for my old tripod!! OH and big bonus, I was rummaging through my basement, found a rolling backpack that I used 2 years ago on my "every 2 years" England trip that I'm now going to convert into a rolling camera backpack. A little padding and WA LA!!

Who's ready to go back to Hocking Hills?!?!

Just don't buy a Sunpak brand from Best Buy (like I did), it's totally inferior in quality/workmanship. I plan to use it for a Flash, hanging from a tree.

When you click on an image in th viewing your portfolio, mode. there appears a number after the url in you browser. That can also be seen elsewhere.

Just put that number in the window that comes up after you click, the "2nd from Right" icon. It will display a yellow tooltip such saying "Insert Thumbnail Link to Site Image".

I put 2 spaces between each photo, all in one line (no CR/LF, or enter key).

You need to be a paid member to do that. He will have to link to an offsite web page being a registered user.

Oh, ok, sorry! I'm sure it wasn't because of that. Maybe your wife is planning something bigger. Plus I'd be honored to have you as my dad. You've already spent more time with me than my dad, seeing as I've never met him. Happy Belated Father's Day to those dads out there though!

But anyways, I'll get the photos up tonight hopefully! I've been trying to get it done at work but it's just not working out for me, guys. Hopefully the power doesn't go out again like it did last time I was editing.

Tate and I made new and interesting, discoveries at the "Rock House Cave" in Hocking Hills. I was there!
Here is a picture of me (justamistere) and some of the small people, inhabiting the caves.

Those look like fun pics Tim. With all the lake pics Tate has done, I guess I am not surprised you got one of him in the water lol. (Great shot BTW)

Maybe someone will consider doing something in the Fall with the change in season? :D

Cannot wait to see more. Seems like you all had a great time!

Fall is Colorful, we could have a colored carnival.
Unfortunately at this time someone turned down the Falls to a "Trickle". So we made our own Falls, as in falling into the waters, and kicking it up. I did take some good shots of my 2 miniature Guitars bought from the "Rock Hall...", to the Rock House in H-Rocking Hills state Park. We rock!

You guys are quick! … this is all I came up with so far … We ended up @ Rock House ( justamistere and I) and no regrets about going there (although we didn't get home 'til almost midnight) …thanks for great time everyone! I hope to see more images once we all get squared with the challenges and have time for some post processing.

Excellent photos, was great fun. Here are a few.
It was raining bokehs.

Three methods of creating HDRs using Photomatix and 9 separate exposures. 4-5 more to be processed. (if 1st 2 are same I'll update it later.)

I really wish they would've heard what you said about them! :)
Although it would've been hard to decide whether or not to help you fight them or to shoot it!

PS-HEY ALAN! DID YOU GET THE D200?

It was rather ironic that perfectly legal parking was available no more than 100 feet away, and that they were parking apparently for the purpose of going on a hike.

It just sparked a conversation about how rude and ridiculous people can be. It wouldn't have surprised us if they had just continued driving, right through the woods.

these shots of that stream in ohio remind me of when i was a kid growing up there. I lived close to old man's cave and swam in 'cricks' like that one. Looks like so much fun. omg, the memories this brings back. And those pictures are great, y'all look like a bunch of my relatives.
