My sister-in-law is married to Larry Beson. His family owned it. My other sister-in-law is married to Steve who owns the Beson's market on Marquette street in Bay City.

Where at in Saginaw? I grew up just East of Bay City in a small town called Wisner. I got smart and moved north to God's country. sooooooooooooooooo much more peaceful.

I grew up in Carrollton but we now live right behind Arthur Hill High School in the city. My wife is from Bay City and graduated from Handy High School. It's now a middle school. She grew up in the banks area.

I knew the people that owned the Wisner Bar for a while before it finally went out of business. They were from Bay City.

I went to school in Bay City Mich, but this sounds more like an Oklahoma thing...where I currently reside, lol. Funny thing is it might just fly here, LOL.

I was out taking pictures for a video for our church and saw this:

Either it's a really good idea or a really bad one. I actually talked with the Pastor and he said they had to seal up a door shared between the two places because there is some law in Winsconsin saying that a church and an establishment with liquor cannot have a common door.

Wonder what happened that made that law come about?!?!

I used to pass a place every day called Bob's Bait & Sandwiches. I always wondered which was which and how they knew the difference.

About 20 years ago on Mack and Rosedale, It was called Gly's gun and Carpet. I went to school with a guy whose dad owned the place.

I guess that's better than a gunshop and a bar together.

There's also a gunshop in Fenton called Guns Galore. I always thought that was an interesting name.
