Most of them are scams. They sell you the camera for cheap, but they sell you the battery for 200 dollars, and the rest of the stuff that usually comes with the camera. They will also change your order, call you to tell you, if you say you dont want it, they hang up on you. There is a whole bunch of stuff they do. Find out what companies you are thinking about ordering from, and google them.

Just do your due diligence. Research the company at resellerratings or the like. If they have a low rating, don't think for a second you are going to be the one lucky guy who actually gets the camera for $1150.
If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
