Great lens. It's my standard walk around lens. I don't use the 70-200 as much. You'll also need the 50mm.

As for grads, I can't help you there. You might try some other sites:

ND Filter or Graduated ND? - Advise please!

I just got my canon 17-40 and plan on getting the 70-200 f4. What about grad nd filters? How do I know if I need .3, .6, .9? What brands etc.
