So I had a dr appt today. Before I left I decided to step out of my comfort zone and approach my dr about letting me set up some brochurs/photos and stuff for expectant moms and new parents etc to contact me about getting portraits done of thier children....WOW Ive never done anything like that before! She readily agreed! WOOHOO! Now I have to somehow make brochures and a small portfolio so show prosepective clients to entice them MY way....got any ideas on how to do this?...well at least the brochure part of it? Im limited on cash....

Once you get going you might want to ask to have some of the pictures posted in the office. Doctors office can be so drab sometimes.

LOL Not my dr office. She is an OB/GYN and very popular in our area...she has her pic taken with each baby she has delivered...as do the other midwives and the other OB in the office, and they display the photos for everyone to see! Right now the walls are littered with christmas shots of the children that have been delivered by these dr's and midwives! It is a great idea to have some of the shots matted and framed for the office..I hadnt thought of that!

If you are creating the first brochures on a tight budget it may be worth getting these kind of flyer cards to start with. Just had my book back today and the quality is great. I am sure the cards would be too. They are also very well priced.
