This ones going to be tough - I'm sittin' this one out for my sanity. A challenge such as this one is bound to set the site record for "does not meet the challenge" comments. I'd like to do it, but something tells me that my "grace" will be "elbonian" to everyone else. Good luck to all brave souls doing this one =`)

To add some things: there are also the Roman's 'Three Graces' - Agloea, Thalia and Euphrosyne - always represented as embracing each other, and said to be bosom friends of the Muses.

The 6 of hearts is known in Ireland (or was) as the Grace card.

A grace-cup (same thing as a loving cup), is a tankard passed around the table after the saying of Grace at banquets.

Though don't expect points for meeting the challenge from most people if you protray the last two :-)

We really have a doozey here, a challenge defined by a word with more than one unrelated definition, and we are not confined to either one. This ought to be fun!

Hello everyone, i am absolutely new here, and more, frenchspeaking. So please excuse my blurbs.
Is'nt "a state of Grace" a way to express the momentum where everything comes together to be perfect?

Yeah, grace does appear that it will be quite a challenge. That is what I like about this site, it brings a challenge and pushes your abilities and makes you better.

When I first thought of this topic, the first things that came to my mind were: Animals in Flight, Dance, and pretty much anything that has a natural and elegant beauty (mostly anything alive (pretty much animals or humans))

I don't know, trying to get the gears working for people, these are just some of the things I thought of.

You're not the only one, we do when we sit down to a family meal in the evenings. Just making sure you didn't feel the odd one out ya sheep!

I knew I wasn't the only one! Thanx Frog!

God saving you - even from religion - would be grace. :)

ETC, ETC

so which one should i try of these definitions? :-)))))

Wonderful topic for a photographic challenge.
Very difficult to achieve too..
Just wondering what Kiwiness will invent this time! ;)

Well, it looks like if I have seven days to find the woman of my life and portrait her (but then, would I really post it on DPC? I rather doubt it =).

And God save me from religion.

Pfft. With an average received vote count of 5.5, you're making those of us whose pictures really DO suck feel mighty bad. :)

I wonder if hockey players count. I mean, they're sort of a grunt style of grace, but grace nonetheless... Or perhaps figure skaters? Just throwing out some ideas to everyone.

I don't know if it just a New Zealand thing or not, but I remember we called the prayer you say before eating a meal "Grace".
