| Thank you to all those who voted and commented. Must say I had no idea and I'm sure mine is the lowest scoring ribbon pic of all times. But thank you very much. It made my day!( Plus the 2 golds from Monday on another website... sigh!) Now for the long wait of another year or two to hopefully have the same luck again. |

I lost 17 and my score dropped .0365.
My score usually increases somewhat after the rollover. Didn't expect the drop.

I lost about that many too, and my score stayed pretty much where it was 1/2 hour before rollover. Weird. |

wow, I don't know how many votes I dropped but I barely budged in score. Looks like they caught all your ghost accounts Neil. |

I lost 25 or more votes during rollover! And I dropped .1
I presume a lot of people gave up voting before doing their 20%. :(

Well I can't wait for the results of this one as I really hope the winning shot is the one I gave a "10" and added it as a favorite, as I really "LOVED" it.
I actually only gave out 2 "10's" - 4 "9's" - and 10 "8's", and then plenty of "7's" right down to a couple of "3's".

As much as I've been grousing about my score falling over the past few days I must say I'm ecstatic about where it looks like I'll end up. This will be far and away my personal best. Woot!
Can't wait for the final score to calculate!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be spending a lot of time going through the forums looking for information before I start posting too many questions. I really started getting into photography to capture memories as my children grow and have just become hooked. |

Very good score for a first entry!! Welcome to the madness... if you asked for a Critique Club comment, you may get one, but you may not - there's usually a backlog. You can always post your picture in the forum AFTER the challenge and ask for feedback as well. |

Personally I think you made the right choice as your outtake isn't really bokeh, it's just an OOF background. :P
BTW - I just love the variance in SC enforcing forum rule #2 which states that challenge outtakes aren't to be posted until after the challenge has finished voting.

Well When I entered this challenge I had a feeling my photo would not do so great. I like it and I think it dos have elements that are bokeh but some commenters did not. The score is turning out about how I expected and from the comments people left some people liked as much as I did. This is my favorite photo I have entered in a challenge so far and my lowest score so far.
