Man, that sucks!
I take it that "out $830" means you have not been successful in getting either the seller or shipper to accept responsibility? And they didn't require a signature for receipt?
I would have had an attorney write a letter to them both, sometimes just that does wonders.

What a drag, on the loose? you mean someone stole it off your doorstep? Sorry you had such a bad experience.

Well, the long awaited Camera Saga has come to an end. I initially joined this site to learn a few things about photography, and when I did sign up, I had just purchased a New, In-the-box, Sony F707. Or was it an F717. Either way, it was delivered to my door on a Saturday afternoon when I wasn't here, and when I got home, it wasn't here either. This camera has been on the loose for over six months now, and I am officially out $830.

Of course, I was completely anticipating the arrival of this camera and purchased a few accessories for it. They have been here all the time sitting on the shelf patiently.

One accessory is a Sony-branded cable release (part number RM-DR1). In fact, I even forgot what it was for until I first opened the package for the first time tonight. It was still in the bubble wrap from where I purchased it. It's for sale, as I am not going digital yet. Make a reasonable offer to my email at cdavinroy@tec-ent.com

The other accesory is a Lexar Media Memory stick. It is only the stick and it's case. I do not have the original package and this is also a replacement from Lexar (the first one did not work in any camera that I tried). This one has a switch to change from one bank of 128MB to the other bank of 128MB - which totals 256MB. I paid $92.00 for this stick of memory that I won't use. I would like to get my money back for this, so please be serious when responding. Use the same address as above.

I am not a store. I am not a store. I purchased this for my use, but then certain dishonest people decided to take the fun away from me. Contact me at the email address above if you are interested.

Thanks
