If you make it to the lower east side, visit the Tenement Museum.

One of their website's sections has a Restaurant Guide. We tried Guss' Pickles, Doughnut Plant, and Kossar's Bialys-all good.

We have not gone here but Katz's Deli is in this area. (of "When Harry met Sally" fame)

This would be close to the Williamsburg Bridge.

New York magazine has a restaurant guide that is useful.

Real quick question - just arrived in NYC last night, and getting ready to head out for breakfast.

Can anyone recommend somewhere good for pancakes that is child friendly and reasonably near Times Square?
