That was done here: Environmental Portraits.

At least I think that's what you're looking for.

I am pretty sure I couldn't find anything like this in the challenge history. You could title the challenge "Professionals."

Each individual's task would be to capture an image of someone doing what they do for a living (be it a police officer, firefighter, surfer, plumber etc...)
