Hi All,

Know this isn't photography related but I have to move to the port charlotte/englewood area of florida and am so confused on homebuilders - we want to buy new so we don't have to worry about hurricane codes or damage - but, I have it down to two builders - Adams construction or Moranda homes and I read some bad things about both and don't know what to believe because the houses look really nice - anyone heard or had experience with either one???

Thanks in advance for any input - I may be on and offline tonight.

P.S. Am looking forward to Florida winters for photography - heard the sunsets and wild birds are beautiful there - I live in a northern state now and don't get out much during the winter months here!
