To increase simply go to the Subscription Page.

I paid for the increase my portfolio space and couldn't find why it didn't increase in size. But about half an hour later and a relog in...it worked.

This is an old thread so that poll is no longer active.

Sorry if it has been mentioned in this thread but I cant see it.

Cheers nick

Anyone help as I would rather not bother s/c with my question.

I tried to find it too, but didn't want to sign up for an extra month by accident, I went as far as I could, but it seems I can't find it either. I would just find an SC member who is online and send them a quick PM, I am sure they can point out what to do very quickly.

I wanted to upgrade my portfolio this evening to 1000 MB but the subscription page only gives me the option to renew my annual subscription or add a month. I read this entire thread and searched for others. Has the portfolio subscription page moved from the basic subscription page or am I missing the obvious? I am no where near the 50 MB yet, but want to start using the portfolio more. Thanks.

EDIT: Crap - what did I do to make this thread green?

When you click on the renewal button, the new page gives you the extra space options.

The thread was already green because it was an administrator announcement. You probably need to submit a ticket (go to Help, choose Contact from the dropdown menu and then submit a ticket).

Since your membership renewal is coming up quickly has passed, possibly the best way to get the question to Langdon is open a ticket directed to the admins. (Under Help>Contact)

I'll see if I can get around to sending a pm, but in the meantime I'm letting my membership go.

You got a response. Karma told you to submit a ticket. Why not just submit one instead of posting here again?

Now that we can upload 800x800 images, what's the file size limit? Is it still 150K, or..?

No probs Franz!

So what would happen if I renewed my membership, but got an extended portfolio 6 months later. If I let my membership go the next year, would I still have a portfolio for another 6 months?

I really would like to know this before I decide whether or not to renew my membership?

I'm sure he'll give you a more complete answer if he wants to. :)
