Mine is taking a nice little pre-finish nosedive, basically killing my morale over what was going to be a good scoring image.

90 mins til voting closes, time to go look back at your votes and bump up some scores.;p. I am so happy with my score and this will be a tough one to finish well in, expect see some scores of 7+ to probably be in the top 5.

My photo is doing badly! My photo was **edited out title***I took the picture not soon after the challenge began and discovered that DPChallenge had a contest for nightshots. I decided to submit it because I thought it was a "neat" photo. I do not consider it to be a great photograph, though. I didn't think that it "sucked," but it is busy and accidentally abstract. I took the photo and it turned out that way! The shapes were interesting and I liked how you could see the trace of a cable car going by.
There were a lot of great images in this challenge! Congrats to everyone for their hard work!!! And, even though the comments I got were unexpected, I would like to say thanks for them because every comment is helpful.

I just finished voting on this one and I must say there were MANY impressive images. Very nice work everyone!!

Sorry for lack of comments this time around, slowly getting myself caught up after a few really busy weeks at work which is finally winding down a bit.

My score takes a few big hits and almost climbs back to where it was before, then gets knocked down by some low votes again, but I got a favorite and hoping to make a page 2 showing on this one. ;}

Is anybody else dropping like a rock today? After sitting around 6.2 all week I'm getting hammered today with 4's and 5's. OUCH.

If you point me to your picture after the challenge, I'd be glad to leave a comment - just send a PM.

From Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon, my score dropped from about 5.2 to 4.8, and is just climbing back to 4.9 today. I was hoping I'd break that 5.1 barrier finally, but it's looking like this isn't the challenge that'll do it.

" What a weekend!!! :-( "
Yep. Agree. Thursday was my best day. Seems like every vote took it down this weekend. Slightly climbed again this morning, then back down. Time to turn off the update I think. Too stressful. ;)

edit: I forgot to add, I've got 23 wonderful comments!!

no, thats what I don't understand. I did not do anything like that.
