haha, I missed it too... I love the "smiling, deep-voiced wife and mother of two" part; how archaic can you get? jejeje™ Are you still having fun. Bren?

Thanks Roni. This is the first time I've had a chance to check back since posting this. Guess I didn't miss reading too many replies anyway. :)

Hi ya'll! I haven't hardly had a chance to look up since starting my job with the newspaper 3 weeks ago. Tonight is the first night I had a chance to even look at all the new photos. Congratulations to all the new ribbon winners and to everyone submitting such awesome shots. The Fashion challenge has some outstanding shots in it and so does the duotones. Not to mention to wild shots in the 80's challenge. Kudos to all!

I really miss not being able to submit and vote on the challenges and don't see things slowing down for a while where I can. I am loving my job at the paper though. It's more fun than I ever imagined. I am doing more ad graphics right now than anything else because they are having me redo a bunch of them. I have however got to shoot a couple of assignments too. It's just a small paper but is growing like crazy and I am fitting in just great there.

I have to share the article they wrote introducing me. I am very proud of it. :)It's not real easy to read because I had to downsize it so much. I am starting on their website this week and we will be putting the paper online. I will share it once I get it done.

Sure do miss being here and keeping up with what's happening. Hopefully things will slow down some before long.
