Not all of the images show up. Click on "View results to see that week's challenge. If yo u wait long enough most of the challenge images will show up (or you can just look here to see the challenge on the modern site. |

Yea, I edited my post, I have only entered the one challenge and made an incorrect assumption based on the number of votes cast vs. the number received. It's still amazing to me though considering how long ago that was. |

The 'votes cast' stat is the total number of votes made on all the images, not the number of voters that have voted :o)

I don't follow.

I was bored and playing around so I loaded up DPC on The Wayback Machine from May 31st 2002 and had a look around. It was fun but the thing that REALLY stuck me was the challenge results - 218 photos submitted to the challenge and 56339 votes cast! I had no idea this site was that popular back then.
It's fun to go see some of the familiar names back then too.
Edited because I realized the votes cast is actually on par with votes cast today (I didn't realize so many people voted on this site).
