I'm not doing too well on my photo. I had some other photos that I thought would do better but eventually decided to enter the one that I thought was the best and hoped the voters would feel the same way too haha. nope.

I am SO EXCITED, about how many entries, and I have already commented on 3 FANTASTIC IMAGES that just POPPED-OUT at me, when cruising the thumb-nails.

I realize that I can only comment, but everyone has done well, so I say WELL DONE to all of you.....

Now, I must get back to what I do best, and that is to make 833 comments to go in this next fortnight..... on the "Best of 2005" entries.

Well...just to self opinionate...I have entered a shot that is nothing like my usual entries. I don't expect it to win and I make no predictions on how it will do, but I am looking forward to viewing all the entries. I figure this will be a tell all. I just hope that people won't speed/blitz vote and will take the full two weeks to view/vote/adjust accordingly.

With less than an hour to go I wish all the best of luck! I am sure there will be some knockout photos.

I couldn't pick one that looked totally different than one I've already entered. All my good stuff this year is on film. I was going to enter a B&W conversion, but the shot is almost identical to a previous entry.

My goal this year is to only enter shots that mean something to me - ones that I personally like a lot. I would hope that they would all be deserving of a 6 or higher.

At 801 entries, my take is that this will be one of those "speed" voting at first so everyone please don't freak out at the scores :P

I think the sorting bin will be 5, 6, and 7s. And it'll go from there. :) Good luck ya'll!
