A bit late, I know (been lurking on here for too long) but this would be my favorite with the sigma 70-200 f2.8 that I have

Either way, if you want more photos of that lens in action:

Well, I am thinking it may be cheaper and better to hire you guys to photograph for me! Great shots, looking at the talent here may be better than buying myself a Christmas gift! |

Not quite all in there, but the majority were taken with sigma lenses.

I like the 50-500 because I never know what I am going to shoot. i think I need something long for that shot waaaaay out there, and the interesting shot ends up right at my feet. You dont often need the 50 end, but sometines it is a life saver.
You can even put a TC on it to pust the range even further. It is heavy slow and big, but nothing else can do what it does.

Just a couple of my 50-500 images - (nearly all my Bird pics were taken with this lens, some handheld)
..
Here's one from the Sigma 105 macro:
I have just acquired the 28-300 Sigma and am having a ball with it. Some images are likely to be entered in this week's Challenges, so no examples yet. |

All of these were taken with the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 in less-than-ideal-lighting situations but still manage to have very good detail and sharpness.
