Come on people, vote, vote ,vote, isn't there one photo you find irrestible that you just have to give it an encouraging mark? (hopefully mine)
This contest stuff is the most fun I've had for a while with my photography. Finding this forum has brought life back into me, I have been too busy trying to help other people in their lives that I don't always take time out for what I enjoy. This place is mine, all mine, mine, mine, mine I tell you... in the risk of sounding obsessive compulsive.

and in regard to some previous comments, this site is for everyone, from beginners to people who make their living off photography. i'm thirteen and my average score is 5.7. not too shabby for someone who is not an 'actual photographer.'

but what do i know from reality? :-)

Oh my gosh! I just got picked as a Favorite, now that was totally unexpected! My first challenge to enter too! My photo isn't technical on target but it had a decent theme, so i wasn't expecting anything much in the way of scores and especially not to be picked as a favorite. Will wonders nevr cease.
On another note-I have decided that views aren't counting for much, it could mean that people are just trying to figure out what the h--- they are looking at in some cases. I think commenting is more important becasue it shows that they were motivated enough by your photograph to comment on it. I try to give a comment to just about every photo if I have time, but there are a few that I feel so indifferent about that I don't even feel motivated to remark on.

I believe stange's daughter has the highest vote I've seen in here lately, You go girl!! Daddy, don't be jealous, our kids are suppose to be a better us, or we aren't doing our job, LOL.

Had to stop and think about "t&a" for a second there. I must be getting old. OK mes, you must be getting some DNMTC then, right? 13 of my 41 comments point indicate that my shot DNMTC.

This challenge is very weird for me. I've got an absurd number of views, and tons of comments, and even two faves, but my score is barely holding it's own above 5.0:
