Double posting and semi off topic post made it very difficult to calculate. the next time i may have people to PM me with just there location to make it easier to track. The US was small and very hard to do because of that so you know it would be hard doing it world wide. I want to have a map of the world and be able to render accurate results.

Good luck and thanks for doing the job:)

The equivalent to Yorkshire in the UK!:)

By the way when are we getting a look at where everyone is in the rest of the world as promised?

Southeastern Colorado = 320 days of sunshine per year, average humidity 12%, average rainfall 11 inches (including snow) and at 5000 ft.

Lived in Oregon, -300 days of sunshine.
Ohio just as bad, but when it wasn't cloudy it was 100% humidity and either really cold or hot.

Two summers in Yellowstone, spoiled there, didn't catch a trout under a 1lb (100+ days fishing), grizzlys and moose and geyers. But wife wouldn't winter over and no symphony near.

Hi everyone,
I'm still double checking my entries vs. people that named there state. I loaded it in a database and currently trying to go trough and make sure I didn't make any mistakes. Then I will put out a map that says official results.

As far as world map. I'm in the process of getting the maps together for that. It's a little harder than the USA map because there are so many countries. But hope to have it soon.

Thanks everyone that played along. It was fun and interesting. What amazed me the most was the amount of view the post had, the amount of views the picture of the map had, and the amount of post. In less than 48 hours there has been 4602 view in this thread. Wow!

And I thought that both NY and CA are blue states...

I thoink the ribbons should have been based on percentage of population... not too hard to predict that CA and NY would ribbon on sheer numbers.

Who got the brown?
