I come in to work today, and see that they have installed Windows Service pack 2. I go to dpchallenge.com and I can't see the 'menus' at the top of the home page...am I the only one?

Is this a site problem or is it related to the service pack installation?

SP2 has nothing to do with it unless you have something in paticular wrong with you system.

However, DPC has been acting all funny and weired since Midnight... Maybe something to do with the Cemetery Challenge ;-)

But looks like they are fixing the site slowely as the Bored Challenge has disappered from the main site in the last 30 min...

FYI

I had problems to after installing Windows Service pack 2. The build in firewall in combination whit the firewall from norton did not work correctly. I could not see the tumbnails on the site. I switched the windowsfirewall off and the problem was over.

Interesting as I'm running both SP2 and McAfee 8.01 with firewall and no problems... but good to know ... Thanks

I'll have to call Bill and have a talk with him ;-)

Check that you're allowing the script in sp2. I've had dhtml menus not show up before due to script blocking. Could be it

Bingo! Thanks!

I know nothing about anything...but I checked the "Security" under Internet Options and I could tell that they had basically straight-jacketed us as far as the settings go.

Almost no websites were working properly because everything had been disabled! Anyway, it's all good now...thanks!
