The LG is ALWAYS your best bet and its also a re-writable hence the RW. I'm not familiar with the benq but the are the up and coming LG from what I understand but not as known or possible as good. All depends on what your really wanna do with it.

Go the LG GSA-4163 and it totally rocks. 4x dual-layer as well, if you need it.
I highly recommend LG.

I've had the LG (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4082B) since August and I haven't had any problems.
