I totally agree. Especially the part about customer service.

I have given up trying to understand why FB does *anything* that they do.

Anyone else have a 'gray' FB business account?? If so did you transfer your account to the new metaverse or not. I didn't get around to, but mainly bc FB assured me that if I didn't do so they would perform this task by the 15th Nov, well that date has come and gone and I can't even login to my account - anyone else have this problem??

This is the error message I receive from FB.


This account should no longer be used on desktop
This Facebook account is a gray account. We are ending support for gray accounts on desktop.
Gray accounts were used in the past to manage Pages and run ads without a personal account, but they do not have access to the same security features as standard Facebook accounts. For your security and privacy, you should use a standard Facebook account instead.
If you manage any Pages or groups, you should add a standard Facebook account as an admin if there isn't one already in order to maintain access.
