Did PS Elements finally iron out that RAM problem that screwed us out of the editor we all "paid" for and suddenly couldn't save images with? I still have the original PSE 2018 app.. totally useless.

The problem is..... I don't want to do that for each and every image I edit. I just want to figure out how to turn it on so that it records the history and tags it to the image that I can get to it later.

I know it can be done, I just don't know how.

Yeah, but even using Google and Adobe I can't figure out how to save the edit history. I have found nine different ways to delete it, but none to save.

It keeps telling me to perform functions and/or take steps that don't seem to match my controls/actions.

With a nod to Bugs Bunny. I *should* know how to retrieve editing history, but I don't. According to the Adobe site, when I make edits in Elements, it duly records those edits.

I can't find them easily. In fact, the only way I've been able to find anything is to upload images to Flickr 'cause their software displays all of that on the image page.

I used to have CS-2, and anytime I went to history if I had the image pulled up in PS, it would list editing steps in File History Metadata.

Now, when I do that, Nada!

Do I have to tell Elements to save editing data and look somewhere else?

The way Flickr lists it is kinda vague, not like I remember my old CS2 doing it.

I just feel like an idiot trying to explain to SC what I did two weeks ago on an archival challenge validation.

I figure I'll give the general community the chance to slap me around and not just let SC do it. LOL!
